Dr. Goñi Moreno is a founding partner of our firm. She has more than 30 years of practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She also has extensive experience in offshore companies and investment funds. She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1988. She was an advisor at the National Institute of Public Administration and other state agencies. She was a partner at Quattrini, Laprida & Asociados. She is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the International Bar Association.

Dr. Goñi Moreno is fluent in English and Portuguese.
