Fernando López Peña
Dr. López Peña has more than 30 years of practice in Litigation, Customs and International Law, Business and Contract Law. He was a partner at CLP Castagnola - López Peña Abogados, Participating Associate at Quatrini, Laprida & Asociados and founding partner of López Peña, Courtaux, García Susini & Anzoátegui in Bariloche. He was a Justice official and Legal Advisor to the Municipal Council in San Carlos de Bariloche, Patagonia Argentina. He is part of Legal Group B of Argentina, co-author of the BIC Companies Law Project (Benefit and Collective Interest) and Coordinator of the B Patagonia Community. He is Vice President of El Núcleo, Civil Association Center for Studies in New Economies. He was an assistant in the Chair of Natural Resources and Environmental Law at FASTA (Fraternity of Saint Thomas Aquinas Groups) in Bariloche. He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Public Bar Association of San Carlos de Bariloche.
