Antitrust, Commercial Loyalty, and Consumer Protection

We provide general legal advice to clients on matters related to antitrust, commercial loyalty and consumer protection. We have broad experience in advising clients in administrative and judicial proceedings in connection with antitrust matters and abuse of dominant position, as well as assisting clients in their presentations to antitrust authorities for the control of mergers, acquisitions or business combinations. We also represent clients, as claimants or defendants, before the Secretary of Trade in disputes related to product marketing and promotion, and development of advertising campaigns.
