The firm's capital markets and corporate finance practice includes the representation of issuers in a wide variety of public and private offerings of securities both in Argentina and abroad as well as credit agreements and financial facilities. The firm's experience includes, among others, issues of debt, equity and convertible securities, including stakes in private equity funds. In addition, the firm also provides advice to clients on filings with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) (Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires (BCBA) (Buenos Aires Stock Exchange). The firm's lawyers in this area of practice have also ample experience in advising borrowers and lenders in a wide range of credit transactions, including secured and unsecured term loans, credit facilities and letters of credit.
