Dr. Laprida is a founding partner of our firm. He has more than 45 years of practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, investment structuring and Financial Law. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1975. He also obtained an M.C.J. from New York University in 1978. He was an associate at Allende & Brea, being in charge of their New York office (1977-1979). He was a partner at Baker & McKenzie (1982-1992). He was a founding partner of Quattrini, Laprida & Asociados.

He is the author of publications and a speaker on foreign investments, financial transactions, technology transfer, taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial arbitration. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial advice, negotiations, contracts, M&A and strategic investment planning. He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies; of U.S.A. University Alumni in Argentina (N.Y.U. Chapter) and of N.Y.U. Alumni Association.

Dr. Laprida is fluent in English and French.
